Overpopulation / Poverty / Crime

The days of "Be Fruitful and Multiply" are long gone. Religions that promote overpopulation to boost the numbers of their followers and consequently solidify their power base are simply adding to the world's woes.

Overpopulation means that more and more people are battling for fewer and fewer resources.

As the population grows so does the inverse ratio between the "haves" and the "have-nots".

As a consequence the higher percentage of the "have-nots" are obliged to resort to getting their needs met by "hook or by crook". In other words, by crime.

We cannot afford continue to overload this fragile world of ours with too many of us if we want to make this planet a better place for all.
